Dunja Rakic
Dunja graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a Juris Doctor in October 2017. During her time at UTS, she excelled in Witness Examination, Negotiating and Mooting competitions as both a competitor and a judge. She was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in New South Wales in October 2019.
Prior to joining Gerard Malouf and Partners in November 2019, Dunja worked in a general legal practice across many practice areas including Administrative, Migration, Discrimination, Employment, Insurance, Wills and Estate Planning, Family and Criminal litigation.
Before this, she worked exclusively in Family law at the Family Law Courts. During her three years, she worked as a Client Service Officer and then in Chambers. This helped her develop her passion and skill for court advocacy and litigation management.
At Gerard Malouf and Partners, Dunja has worked across many practice areas: Insurance Contracts, Public Liability and Sexual Assault Compensation. Priding herself on her tenacity and diligence, Dunja is determined to see clients through from the start of their case to their conclusion.
Outside of work, Dunja is an avid basketball fan, enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family.
